Los Amparito are the best lunches of Guadalajara, are a tradition for Guadalajara since 1957. With its well-known slices of leg (carnitas), beef, ham, sugar, cheddar cheese, pork and cheese adobera cheese, avocado and jalapeno. Thus, with toast or sandwich variations, have become an icon of downtown, plus a thorough check of tourists and good food.
