Kids Eat Crayons is a collective of seven musicians who found themselves seeking alternative artistic paths together after completing their formal musical training in Montreal. Initially designed as a project to fuse their shared passions for acoustic jazz and thrash metal, Kids Eat Crayons quickly transcended these borders. While laying the music's foundation with metal and jazz, they threw caution to the wind and incorporated elements from other styles that had influenced them: contemporary classical; classic rock; drum n' bass; reggae -- and many more.
