There are TWO bands called MOVEMENTS. --- The first one is a band called Movements from Jyväskylä, Finland. The band was formed about 3 years ago. For all the members music is a way of life. The first EP "first step" was released in 2005. A second 3-song EP ("northern lights") came out on Dec. 1st. 06. --- Description for MOVEMENTS (2):
When in 1993 some musicians got together in Bielefeld to form a Reggae band they named the band MOVEMENTS. This name expressed their feeling of being part of the MOVEMENT OF JAH PEOPLE - the spiritual and mental exodus from Babylon.
