History/ background Merethe Soltvedt is a well kept secret from Askøy, an island outside of Bergen, Norway. But she won't be a secret for much longer. She has recorded the EP "say THANK U and smile alot..." (2004), the CD "Audio Charm Bracelet" (2006) and the radio singel "U can" (2007). It's all released on her own label RedHeadRecords Merethe Soltvedt. She is a singer/songwriter playing the guitar, and she is also co-producing all her recordings.
