Junnosuke Taguchi (田口淳之介) (b. November 29, 1985 in Chiba, Japan; raised in Kanagawa) is a Japanese singer-songwriter, actor, television personality and radio host. Taguchi became a member of the popular J-pop group, KAT-TUN, in 2001 and is the first T in the group's name. Since the group's debut in 2006, it has achieved 18 consecutive number ones on the Oricon single and album charts. Known for his skill in acrobatics, Taguchi was once sidelined from the group for six months after he sustained a serious knee injury in February 2004 which required surgery.
