"French Films About Trains is made up of Grahame (of the solo project Redmarley) and Aubben (of the projects Craven Canary and Shedding Feathers).
Grahame a life-long musician and singer/song-writer had been begging Aubben to sing with him and start a band and for nine years, she refused. Finally, in 2008, Aubben began writing songs, and naturally, wanted to be the one to sing them, so she began to 'learn' how to sing. After writing their first tune "Heel & Toe" and recording an impromptu bedroom demo late one night, they were bitten with the band-bug and formed French Films About Trains.
