Ron Flynt was a major hit in LA in 1980-82 with his band, 20/20. They were the original house band at Madam Wong's West and cranked out power pop to sold out crowds at the Whiskey A-Go-Go and Starwood and cut three albums before fading into non-existence around 1984. Ron and his best friend and guitarist, Steve Allen played with notables like the Ramones (west-coast tour), Alice Cooper and the Greg Kihn band.
