ザ50回転ズ (The 50 Kaitenz, The 50 RPMs) is a Japanese garage/punk rock band consisting of three members. The band was formed in 2004, and after two years of playing together, they were signed onto Warner Music Japan, on which they released their first full album. The members claim to have been influenced by acts such as Dr. Feelgood, Ramones and The Blue Hearts. Their music is mostly upbeat, and is often characterized by humorous lyrics.
