Hailing from Miami, Florida, you might remember Four O'Clock Balloon as one "Stood In The Rain", was the leadoff track in the Power Pop compilation CD "Yellow Pills Volume 4". Little is known about the band and the leader Tommy Anthony. Here's a review of the this long out of print gem: "Best Pop Band Four O'Clock Balloon The Balloon's pop lifts the better elements of late-Sixties songcraft (they even cover a Kinks tune) and incorporates them into a driving, urgent approach that leaves all the sissified alternacrap on the radio facedown on the ground.
