Valerie is a name of at least five acts: 1) A simplified mononym of Valérie Sajdik (b. 2 Apr 1978), an Austrian pop artist who became famous as the lead singer of Saint Privat, which was very successful in the early 2000s. She has since released two solo albums and tours internationally. Born in a vineyard close to Vienna, she spent her early childhood in Moscow, and splits her time between living in Austria and France. She speaks four languages: English, French, German and Russian. Most of her recordings are in either German or French.
