Rozen started at 2007. The first members were Kristian alias "Crish" (guitar), Dmitri alias "Dimmu" (bass, vocals) and Jaan alias "XarXes" (guitar). The style was influenced by black metal (Dimmu Borgir, etc.). The trio's name was Frozen Earth. In the summer of the same year they found theirselves another singer Alice. The style changed a bit, it became more like melodic/ gothic black metal, as the band called it. In autumn Alice got Riin alias "Atheya" (keyboards) into the band. Unfortunately, in 2008 Alice and Riin left the band and Rozen started to look for a new singer and keyboard player.
