born slippy on february 29, 1921 in Knobboff eastern Russia raised by a loving family consisting of his mother Betty Bumflap and her husband a woodpecker named Pierce Bumflap a world renowned yodelling figure skater and drummer. which is where louk first took an interest in music. Coached by his father pierce although as he has a birth defect leaving him without a beak and NHS clothes pegs of poor acoustic quality louk had to find a new improved means of creating music, after 20 years of reserch managed to design and produce his own range of instruments...
