Alex Sonata is an up and coming DJ and producer from Edinburgh, Scotland. It is hard to deny that Alex has the ability to produce addictive melodies in his productions and this was proven with his first single entitled ‘Silex’. ‘Silex’ was immediately signed to Chriss Ortega's Groovebox label and was supported by some of the biggest names in dance music today. ‘Silex’ was not only supported and play listed by Tiesto on his hugely popular radio show Club Life (Episode 213), but also by Armin Van Buuren's A State Of Trance radio show.
