Nowhere near as obvious as the name might suggest. Jazzvocals' songs held together by grand gestures, expansive emotions and most of all a truly great voice. And yet, Jasmin Houshmand, a true London (UK) girl with Italian-Iranian roots, seems surprised by her own success. 'I am still very new to the music industry, I only started singing professionally in 2004. The music and lyrics of Jazzvocals are a reflection of my star sign, Gemini - on the one hand, there's "me", Jasmin, who spends her everyday existence trying to succeed in everything, whether work or study.
