Cyruss play "brutalized Stoner/Sludge from Vienna/Erdberg". Bands such as Eyehategod, Bongzilla or Iron Monkey just to name a few have influenced this austrian trio. “Hate/Human” is their debut album (released 2005), the 8 tracks were recorded live in a studio located in Vienna. Misanthropic and anarchistic thoughts are expressed through a slow, sludgy rhythm and a suffocated but raw and brutal voice. The guitars do hypnotic and repetitive riffs which get on well with stoner rock stuff and sometimes they remind even of some grunge and metal.
