Athésia made her debut at age 14, singing for musicals, contests as well as the national holiday events. She went on studying classical singing in college. She soon realized that traditional academic teaching method was too rigid, which took away her joy of singing. As a result she decided to continue towards the pop music adventure. Soon enough again, she realized that the pop music repertoire was not entirely satisfying either, therefore she took a break.
