There is more than one artist with this name. The Pleasure Seekers were an all-girl band from Detroit featuring the Quatro sisters, who released two 7" singles in the 1960s. They are noted for being the first band Suzi Quatro performed in. The band also includes her sisters Patti and Arlene Quatro. Michael Gira initially intended for his post-Swans project to be called The Pleasure Seekers, but upon learning of the original group changed the name to The Angels of Light.
