Venus Volts started on 2002. The band bases its music on noisy guitars, on the post punk and british rock from the 80s. The music is drowned out with distortions, a diversity of melodies, adding hard edged bits plus synths. Four of their songs were included in a complitation of the Tape Record called Bliss Aquamarine (London), and the song called 'Mama Hates' was included in the soundtrack of the film 'Bad reputation', produced in Los Angeles.
