The Forbidden Five
FORBIDDEN 5 is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based garage rock-styled band, made distinctive by their merging of a well-versed monster-movie motif with classic rock-&-roll songwriting. Forbidden 5 was formed in 2004 by founding members Michael Athey, musician and B-Film actor and Bruce Lentz, owner of Incredibly Strange Video and alter ego of Pittsburgh's Horror Movie Bon Vivant, Mister Schlock. Following some shifts to the band's lineup, the current version has been performing steadily and have gained a small but wildly dedicated following at their shows.
