Having studied jazz saxophone since the age of 11, Peret Mako's musical path later led him to the Canberra School of Music and Sydney techno scene. Starting his DJ career in 1995, his work covered hip-hop labels like Mo-Wax and Clear, placing him alongside talents such as Simon Caldwell and Ken Cloud.
