A-II-Z were a NWOBHM group from Manchester. The original lineup consisted of Dave Owens on vocals, brother Gary Owens on guitar; Cam Campbell on bass and Karl Reti filling out the band on drums. Later Tony Backhouse & Simon Wright on bass and drums respectively joined the band. The band released their debut record The Witch of Berkeley in 1980. It was notable for being a live record, strange but not entirely unheard for an album.
